Election Results

The Staff Advisory Board held genreal membership elections in June 2020. With a record number of candidates and a record number of votes from staff across campus, we are thrilled to see high engeagement with this process. The SAB had 4 openings to fill, and as shared in an email on June 24, the election process has resulted in three new members, and a relection of one member to a second term. These folks are:
  • Travis S. Becker (new member); Director, Lionel Cantú Queer Resource Center
  • Danny Rodriguez (new member); Lead Academic Preceptor, Oakes College
  • Liz Moya (new member); Renaissance Scholars Program Counselor
  • Nathan McCall (2nd term); HR Business Information Services Manager

In addition to a campus wide general election, the members from the Board voted on internal leadership positions on Monday, June 29. The following Board members will assume leadership roles in the organization:

  • Mirjam Kuusik; Treasurer-Elect
