An Important Staff Resource, Ebony Lewis, UCSC CUCSA Senior Delegate
CUCSA is comprised of an executive board and two delegates from each UC Campus, OP and the LNBL. Each year we send two staff memb
ers from the SAB as the Junior (John Steele) and Senior Delegate (Ebony Lewis)to represent the Santa Cruz Campus.
CUCSA's mission is to maintain and enhance communication with the University Community on matters of interest to staff employees in accordance with California laws and Regent policy. The Council is involved in issues and concerns of those who are not exclusively represented but may address matters not within the scope of representation for those who are exclusively represented.
Each year, CUCSA members work with UCOP and Administration to find solutions to problems and create an environment where the staff voice is heard at the Regental level. They work directly with the Staff Advisor's to the Regents.
They create reports that are presented to the Board of Regents. If you have issues that you would like to address at the system wide level, contact our delegates for the 10/11 period. They are Ebony Lewis, Senior delegate lewise@ucsc.edu and , Junior Delegate John Steele, lewise@ucsc.edu.
The Staff Advisory Board can be contacted by email at staffadv@ucsc.edu.
