Annual Staff Appreciation Picnic

Thursday, May 9th marks the return of our Annual Staff Appreciation Picnic! We are so excited to see you there! Keep an eye on this page as we get closer to the event to stay up to date with all details.

To RSVP for the picnic, and to sign up for the raffle, please fill out this form by April 17th! 

Location & Time:

We are excited to return to the Quarry Amphitheater! Food will be available from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. 

Menu:

Soul of Mexico from Campus Catering. Vegan and gluten free options will be available. 

Tabling:

We are grateful for our campus partners who will be onsite to share information helpful to UCSC staff! Be sure to say hello! If you would like to table at our event, please fill out our table request.

Priority will be given to organizations that are campus-affiliated and staff focused. Applications are due by April 8th and organizations will be notified of their participation by April 17th. Questions can be directed to ucscsab@ucsc.edu.

Raffle:

Parking:

In an effort to remove barriers for participating, there will be parking vouchers at the East Remote Lot for UCSC staff that do not have a parking pass.

A parking lot attendant will be stationed in the lot from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The attendant will issue you a parking permit, direct you to park, and point you to a Staff Appreciation Lunch dedicated shuttle or the walking path to Quarry Amphitheater. If you possess an ADA placard, drive directly to parking lot 102 at Quarry Plaza.
