 Volunteer Days at the SHFB in Watsonville 

At our volunteer day on Nov 13, 2024, the UCSC group of 14 volunteers worked for 1.5 hours.  They boxed 255 bags of food and 1000lbs. of carrots!!

Volunteer Day Schedule:

• 12:05 PM, Carpool from Scotts Valley Center and the Main Campus, or you can meet us in Watsonville
• 12:45 PM, Check in/welcome to the food bank
• 1:00 PM, Volunteer shift
• 2:30 PM, Snack (provided by SHFB) and the Food Bank Tour
• 3:30 PM, Closing Remarks
• 3:45 PM, Drive back to carpool locations

Holiday Food & Fund Drive

The SAB is proud to partner with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County.  Each year we host a Holiday Food & Fund Drive on campus from December through January 15.  Information can be found on the Holiday Food & Fund Drive web page.
